SNOW

We have SNOW . . . lots and lots of SNOW!! 8 1/2 inches to be exact. The kids (and dad) have had the last two days off and tomorrow's school has already been canceled. We have been having a great time playing games, watching movies and of course, playing in the snow. Yesterday we built a snowman and a snow fort which, of course, spawned a giant snow ball fight. (Got the idea from a friend to fill a cooler with tightly packed snow to make bricks) and today it was sledding. I'm sure this must be frustrating for some people to be stuck inside or are tired of the white stuff outside but WE ARE LOVING IT!! Bring it on!

I'm so thankful for such a fun surprise vacation . . . and there is something so blasted cute about my kids in snow suits!!
